Refunds & Cancellation 

You may cancel and receive a full refund any time up to two weeks prior to the event date. 

Cancellation requests that occur less than 2 weeks before the event date will be given a voucher or moved to the next course.

• Exception: Circumstances beyond your control​ such as:

  • Death in the family (including pets)​

  • Sickness of self or someone you care for (including pets)

  • Hardware/Internet Failure
